Terms of Service for CreatrHub

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Creatrhub (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• "Platform" means the Creatrhub website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "Creator" means a user who offers user-generated content (UGC) creation services.
• "Business" means a brand, company, or individual seeking UGC services.
• "Job" means a project posted by a Business for which Creators may apply.
• "Content" means text, images, videos, and other materials uploaded to the Platform.
• "Transaction" means a completed exchange of services and payment between a Creator and a Business.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refer to Creatrhub Limited.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform.

3.2 Account Requirements

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share your login details with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Maintain only one account per person or legal entity

3.3 Business Verification

Businesses may be required to provide verification materials, including:

• Company registration documentation
• Tax identification information
• Authorized representative details
• Proof of business legitimacy

3.4 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or abuse the Platform.

4. Platform Services

4.1 Marketplace Functions

Creatrhub provides:

• A marketplace connecting Creators and Businesses
• Job posting, application, and direct offer tools
• Payment processing and escrow services
• Portfolio hosting and community features
• Calendar, messaging, and collaboration tools
• Analytics and reporting features

4.2 Our Role

Creatrhub acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not:

• A party to agreements between Creators and Businesses
• An employer, agent, or representative of any user
• Responsible for the quality, legality, or accuracy of Content
• Liable for user conduct or Transaction outcomes

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Responsibilities for All Users

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights
• Refrain from fraud, spam, harassment, or misuse of data
• Not circumvent Platform fees, safeguards, or security systems

5.2 Responsibilities for Creators

Creators represent and warrant that:

• They have the legal right to offer their services
• Their Content does not infringe third-party rights
• Deliverables will meet agreed specifications and deadlines
• Required licenses, permits, and tax registrations are maintained
• Payments will not be solicited outside the Platform

5.3 Responsibilities for Businesses

Businesses represent and warrant that:

• They have authority to enter agreements on behalf of their organization
• Job postings are accurate, lawful, and made in good faith
• Briefs are clear, complete, and realistic
• Creator submissions will be reviewed promptly
• Creators will not be solicited to work outside the Platform

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading Content, you grant Creatrhub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Platform, including for marketing and promotional purposes with attribution.

6.2 Work Product

Unless otherwise agreed, Businesses receive full commercial usage rights upon release of milestone escrow funds.

6.3 Platform Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, trademarks, and features are owned by Creatrhub and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

7. Payments and Fees

7.1 Escrow System

• Business payments are held securely in escrow
• Funds are released upon approval of deliverables
• Disputed funds remain in escrow pending resolution

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, either party may request Platform mediation. Creatrhub may issue a binding escrow decision under the laws of Ireland.
